Return Policy
Eligibility
You will have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. After your return request is accepted, you will have 14 days to get the order back to our warehouse in Utah.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and in its original packaging). You will also need the order confirmation number and the email address used to place the order.
RMA
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@orders.stoneskript.com. We will evaluate the return request; if it is accepted, we will provide you with an RMA number and instructions.
Please note that our warehouse cannot track a returned item without an RMA number. Any returns sent without the RMA number will be rejected.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a return shipping label at this time. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that a returned item makes it back to our warehouse in its original condition. We recommend using a reputable carrier with a tracking number whenever possible. We are unable to offer refunds for packages that are not received by our warehouse for any reason.
Incorrect / Missing Orders
If your order is incorrect, missing, or there is some other problem, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will look into the issue and help make it right.
Cancellations / Modifications
Unfortunately, due to our optimized shipping and handling process, it is not always possible to cancel an order after it has been placed. If your order has not been shipped yet, please send an email to cancellations@orders.stoneskript.com with your order number and email, and we will try our best to cancel your order. Once you receive a shipment confirmation email, your order cannot be cancelled.
Orders cannot be modified after being placed. Please try cancelling your order and placing a new one.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to exchange items. Instead, you can return your order for a refund and then order your desired item(s).
Refund Method
Once your refund is approved, you will receive it via the original payment method. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
