Shipping Zones

We currently only ship to the USA and Canada.

We only ship to US states and territories, but we are unable to ship to APO/DPO/FPO addresses. The shipping time and cost will depend on the distance from our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada,

 

Free Shipping

We now offer free shipping on all orders to the US and Canada for a limited time! To use this offer, add a qualifying order to your cart and when you check out, select the free shipping option.

 

Processing Time and Delivery Estimates

Orders are processed from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are normally shipped next-day if placed before 5:00 pm PST.

The estimated delivery time is 3 - 9 business days from the date of shipment confirmation, for all shipping methods. Please note that these are estimates provided by the carrier and may change depending on holidays, weather events, and shipping destination. 

If your shipment is significantly delayed for any reason, we will contact you via email to let you know.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number after your order has shipped. Please note that your tracking number may not become active until 24 hours after your shipment has been picked up by the carrier.

 

Taxes / Duties

We charge sales tax according to the tax jurisdiction of your shipping address. Please note that this may include tax on the shipping charges, if mandated by the laws of your jurisdiction. US customers may have to pay duties upon receipt of their order.

 

Lost / Damaged Shipments

While we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, we are able to help file a claim with the carrier. If your order was lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please take photos of any damage and keep a record of other evidence that might be useful for the claim.

 

Incorrect Address / Refused Delivery

While we will make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and deliverable address. We are not responsible for shipping delays or additional charges due to an incorrect address provided.

 

Maximum Order Quantity

To optimize our shipping and handling process to keep the cost as low as possible, customers can purchase up to 14 notebooks in a single order. If you would like to place a custom order that is greater than the limit, please contact us!
